STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Rerolled Dice (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

  • All dice sets are handmade using recycled plastics (such as bottle caps). Each set is unique and may vary slightly in colour, size, or finish.
  • Product images are for reference only and may not exactly represent the item you receive.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our online store.
  • Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).
  • Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer only. Bank account details and reference instructions will be provided at checkout.
  • Orders will only be confirmed and shipped after full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe).

3. Shipping

  • We ship within New Zealand and internationally (where available).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Delivery timefsrames are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade nature of our dice, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Liability

  • Our products are intended as gaming accessories only. They are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts (choking hazard).
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Privacy

  • We collect and process your personal information in accordance with New Zealand privacy law and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card information.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
